My name is Steve Rob. I’m a senior in high school with 28 days left until I graduate. I just turned 18 today and instead of going out and partying I’m sitting here at wrestling practice. My hair is sweaty, my chest muscle hurts, and my mouth is dry. The craziest thing is I wouldn’t change it for the world. The growth I’ve made through wrestling is something so priceless I can’t even explain it. Every day I wrestle. Not only to get better on the mat, but to build discipline, build the mind, and build the body. I am the sculpture, and the sculptor. Wrestling has improved every aspect of my life, and I barely started wrestling this year. It teaches life skills that you will carry on forever and for everything. I’m forever grateful for this sport.
